1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in this terms and conditions document carry specific meanings:

• "dbje" or "Platform" refers to the dbje.cam website and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's own registered profile.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by the user.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits that can only be withdrawn after meeting specified wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount of bets that must be placed in order to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" refers to this complete terms and conditions document.

2 Eligibility to Use the Service

The following conditions must be met in order to use dbje's services:

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.
• The user must provide accurate and truthful personal information.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

3.3 Updating Information

The user must inform dbje in a timely manner if their personal information changes. dbje will not be held responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

A minimum of ৳500 is required to deposit funds into dbje. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Deposited funds must be sent only through legitimate payment channels.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, dbje reserves the right to refund the funds and suspend the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — withdrawal via a different method is not possible.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements remain.
• dbje reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud or unusual betting patterns are suspected.

4.3 Transaction Limits

dbje may impose daily or weekly transaction limits at any time for security or risk management purposes. Users will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the total of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 25 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Placing bets using only bonus funds through arbitrage or risk-free strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering conditions are met.
• dbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 Reload Bonuses and Other Promotions

Various reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament promotions are available from time to time. The terms of these offers are published separately and apply alongside these general terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

dbje is committed to ensuring fair play. All games offered on the platform operate on verified technical software and results are free from any external influence.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to software or internet connectivity issues, dbje will resolve it as quickly as possible. dbje is not obligated to pay out winnings or rewards that were incorrectly displayed due to technical issues.

6.3 Right to Cancel Bets

dbje may cancel a bet or round in the following circumstances:

• If an obvious technical error or incorrect odds are displayed.
• If fraud or coordinated betting is suspected.
• If abnormal results are generated due to a software error.

7 VIP Program

dbje has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Different benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's consistent activity and betting on the platform. dbje does not publish specific turnover thresholds — contact our support team for details on promotions.

Cashback is paid once per week. Separate wagering conditions may apply for withdrawing cashback, and these will be communicated at the time of each reward. dbje reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbje:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Following unusual betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes in coordination with third parties.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Impersonating platform staff or representatives.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by dbje

In the event of any breach of terms, dbje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during suspension.

9.2 Closure by the User

Users may close their account at any time. Valid balances may be withdrawn before closure. Contact the support team for the self-exclusion process.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, dbje may archive the account after notifying the user. The definition of inactivity and related policies are published separately.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbje will not be liable for the following:

• If a game session is disrupted due to the user's internet disconnection or device failure.
• If delays occur due to technical issues with third-party game providers.
• If the user discloses their account information to a third party themselves.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government directives.

In the event of any dispute, dbje's database records will be considered final.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
